For the second time in about three months, Hinsdale-Clarendon Hills Elementary School District 181 has chosen from within to fill an administrative position at the district level. Kevin Russell, principal of Walker School in Clarendon Hills, was approved Monday as the district’s new director of curriculum, assessment and instruction effective July 1. The job being filled by Russell is a new position in District 181’s department of learning. The annual salary is $125,000.
