Hinsdale District 86 announces National Merit Scholar finalists

HINSDALE — Thirty-five students from Hinsdale Central High School and six students from Hinsdale South High School were honored as National Merit Finalists by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.

Merit Finalists are eligible for scholarships from the National Merit Corporation ranging from $500 to full tuition in post-secondary opportunity institutions.

Hinsdale Central High School: Ankit Aggarwal, Bryan Bu, Jeremy Cai, Anais Carell, Tiffany Chen, Maximilian Cornell, Abhishek Deshpande, Rajiv Deshpande, Sagar Dommaraju, Kate Gelman, Samuel Hamilton, Jacqueline Han, Jordan Hank, Peter Heneghan, Emma Jerzyk, Charlotte Kanzler, Megan Knister, Zixi Liang, Laren Lofchy, Jennifer Lohmeier, Jordan Lopez, Zachary Manta, William McGhee, Veronica Peterson, Peter Quinones, Maxwell Rong, Jake Silhavy, Adam Smith, Shaila Sundram, Saffan Syed, Christopher Syregelas, Lindsey Thiesfeld, Gideon Ticho, Xiangyu Wang, Romio Xi.
