Wine Regions of the World will be taught by James Crooker, a certified sommeliers of the Master Court of Sommeliers and a certified specialist of wine through the Society of Wine Educators. Crooker has taught wine courses at College of DuPage since 2007. He is general manager of Carriage Greens Country Club and was previously the sommelier and maître d’ at Le Titi de Paris in Arlington Heights for several years.
A student of wine himself, he is studying for the advanced certificate through the court and hopes to become a master sommelier in the next three years.
