Resident participation sought in Clarendon Hills park survey

The Clarendon Hills Park District is encouraging all local residents to respond to the 2013 Community Survey which is available online at www.clarendonhillsparkdistrict.org and is also included as a four-page insert within the Winter/Spring 2013 program guide. This questionnaire provides Clarendon Hills individuals and families with the unique opportunity to contribute to the planning and design of future park district programs, services and facilities – one survey per household.
The 25-question document seeks demographic information and also provides local families with the chance to detail participation in recreational programs currently sponsored by the Clarendon Hills Park District. A second section on parks and properties seeks feedback on the eight parks and properties which comprise the district.
Online surveys will be forwarded directly to the independent research firm which is handling this project. Hard copy surveys can be dropped off or mailed to the Clarendon Hills Park District Community Center at 315 E. Chicago Ave. The deadline date for survey return is Feb. 1.
