Production company founder buys Clarendon Hills home

CLARENDON HILLS — John Malamazian and Sonja Malamazian purchased a home Aug. 23 at 314 Ridge Ave. in Clarendon Hills from Jean J. Yu and Guangyu G. Wu. The nine-year-old, five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home, 4,043-square-foot home sold for $1,187,500.
John Malamazian is a co-founder and owner of Temple Rock Productions.
