Clarendon Hills home sold to architect

CLARENDON HILLS — Kirk Admire and Laura Admire purchased a home July 30 at 433 Ridge Ave. in Clarendon Hills from Joseph W. Barrett and Dianne M. Barrett. The 56-year-old, five-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 2,248-square-foot home sold for $599,000.
Kirk Admire is a senior project manager at real estate services firm Cushman and Wakefield. He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
