CLARENDON HILLS — Boulevard Fine Art in Clarendon Hills is offering up more than 200 pieces of art with a huge range of values as part of an online art auction to benefit the District 181 Foundation. There will be a preview party and reception from 7-9 p.m. Sept. 27 at the gallery on 217 Burlington Ave. The gallery will continue to display the 240 pieces of art until the online auction closes down at 5 p.m. Oct. 7, so those people who are interested can come in and view the works during regular gallery hours.
Boulevard Fine Art owner David Manola said he purchased much of the inventory from two galleries which were closing down, and there is an enormous range of styles and values, truly something for everyone. He moved the shop to Clarendon Hills from Western Springs eight years ago after buying the building. To view the art, visit facebook.com/d181foundation or www.d181foundation.org.
