RETAIL THEFT

Margaret Moore, 45, of 1129 S. 23rd Ave., Bellwood; and Percy E. Robison, 47, of 1045 S. 22nd Ave., Bellwood; both were charged with retail theft at 6:21 p.m. July 30 after taking less than $300 worth of groceries from Jewel-Osco, 303 Holmes Ave.~.
