Helping Hand Gala
Helping Hand Foundation will host its 15th Annual Gala and Auction on April 5 at the Burr Ridge Marriott, 1200 Burr Ridge Pkwy, Burr Ridge. The Morton Arboretum will hold its fourth annual 10K Run on Sunday, April 13 at the Arborteum, 4100 Illinois Route 53, Lisle. Registration begins at 6:30 a.m. and race begins at 8 a.m. The USATF-certified course follows the Arboretum’s East Side Main Route through scenic, rolling terrain. Robert Crown Center for Health Education will hold its annual Hunt for Health scavenger hunt on Saturday, April 26. The event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. It begins and ends at Immanuel Hall, 302 S. Grant St. Teams of eight to 10 adults (21 or older) will go on a whirlwind search for clues that have been strategically placed throughout downtown Hinsdale. The Human Race
Giving DuPage will host the third annual “The Human Race” 5K Run/Fitness Walk at 9 a.m., Saturday, April 26, at The Esplanade at Locust Point in Downers Grove. Walkers and runners designate a charity to receive the donation from their race registration fee. March registration is $35 per walker and $40 per runner.
